Yes, our teachers speak English.
If a student finds they can’t attend a class for any reason, they should email the support or send a message via whatsapp at least 3 hours before the class starts and ensure that the class is rearranged to another suitable day. BUT if you didn't inform, the whole class will be counted
Following your evaluation, most students begin classes within just a day or two.
In rare circumstances, a teacher might miss a class (e.g., due to an electric outage, a medical emergency), in such cases, if a teacher is late for the class, the student should email the the support or send a message on whatsapp inform that they are online. The teacher will make up for any missed time or class.
Yes, don't worry! We offer class times 24/7, so you can choose a schedule that works for YOUR availability.
The students should send the fees of the course monthly. The fees should be sent before the first class from the next month. Classes may be discontinued (paused) if the student does not pay the fee by the due date. You will receive an invoice (report) every four weeks that covers the following four weeks. It is due before the first class in each month and we ask you to promptly submit payments as our commitments to our teachers depends on timely payments. If there are any study hours left from the previous month, your teacher will add them to the next month as a compensation.
As with all personalized learning or coaching, the length of time (duration of study) will vary depending on the time, effort and ability of the student. The objective of our customized course is to learn the goals of our students and give them the time and tools they need to accomplish their goals.
Currently, we use Paypal and Western-union as the primary payment system to receive the student fee. As an alternative, we also accept fee through transfer to the bank accounts. Sending fees by cards through the payment gate will be available soon in sha Allah.
All the teachers at Nartaqi Academy are chosen according to very high standers to ensure providing our users with excellent learning process, but surly you can rate the teacher through our Google form to enhance the overall and you can change the teacher as well. Once you obtain a course, you will be asked to give a simple survey for the course and write a review.
Yes, you can increase or decrease your study plan classes (only) at the end of the current month and before the next month starts.
If you are looking to study a subject that is not within one of our organized courses, you may send us a message via e-mail or whatsapp or let your tutor know what you would like to study.
Most of our tutors are from the country of the Quran (Egypt), speaking different languages and graduated from prestigious Islamic universities such as Islamic University of Madinah, Al-Azhar University and others.
Yes, we have (digital Quran, Tajweed, Arabic and Islamic studies books) and we will provide you with all materials that you need once you join the academy in sha Allah. Your tutor or Support team will send you direct links of course material to download them.
For younger children with smaller attention spans, we certainly encourage parents to participate in the session to help them overcome challenging activities. Children aged 7 and over who have the ability to remain focused for extended periods require no adult supervision. We believe it is important to let them work on their own, aided by encouragement from their tutor. This will help them boost their self-confidence and develop good study habits in the future.
Easily, Parents can always watch and listen to their kids’ sessions on Zoom. And any parents can check their kid’s performance and progress through the class report after . Every 3 months, we send a report about what it has been done
